David C. Sparks, 94 of Spring Hill, Florida formerly of Harlan County was born on Wednesday, August 15, 1917 in Coxton and died Monday, January 23, 2012 in Spring Hill, FL.

He is the son of the late Eli Sparks and Adeline Hunter Sparks and is also preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Sparks.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Sparks, his son, David Sparks; his step-children, Carl and Fatima; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Saturday at 1PM at the Locus Grove Cemetery in Corbin, KY.
