Harry King Southard, 59 of Loyall passed away Feb. 21, 2012 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer; his favorite scripture was John 14:1-4.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Florine Southard; daughter, Molina Ann Hatmaker.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Glenda Southard; 4 children, Rhonda Adams of Loyall, Donna Southard and companion Justin Woodard of Arcadia, IN, Crystal Day of Atlanta, IN, and Harry Southard, Jr and companion Sandra Lauer of Atlanta, IN; 3 brothers, Daniel (Betty) Southard of Dressen, Harrison (Barbara) of Manchester, KY, and Jimmy Stapleton of Rio Vista; 3 sisters, Betty (Sonny) Mitchell of Mary Alice, Mary (Carl) Howard of Tennessee, Kathy Southard and companion Bo Detherage of Putney; 15 grandchildren, James, Brittany, Kendra, Autumn, Trey, Crystal, April, Dakota, Austin, Victoria, Hunter, Jordan, Keila, Gabriel, and Timothy; special friends, Tracy Cloud, Toby Webb, Jerry Owens and Paul "Bo" Pruitt.

Visitation will be Thursday Feb. 23, 2012 from 6 until 8:00 pm at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Friday Feb. 24, 2012 in the chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Daniels, Rev. H.L. Farley and Rev. Wayne Fugate officiating.

Burial will follow in the Tway Cemetery with Robbie Langley, Tracy Cloud, Bo Pruitt, Michael Lunsford, Jerry Langley and Harry Southard, Jr serving as Pallbearers.

Anderson Laws & Jones Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
