Mary Bray

Mary Ella Bray, age 82 of Cawood, KY left this life for Heaven on Tuesday morning January 24, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was surely welcomed by her husband Roy Bray; two sons, Roy Wayne and Kim Bray; a special nephew, Vernon Bray; a grandson-in-law, Terry Roddy; her father and mother, John and Martha Noe; sisters, Nannie Burkhart, Daisey Swanson, Viola Davis, Ruby Gray, and Hazel Bray; brothers, Charles Noe, Ben (Chick) Noe, Harold Noe, Joe Noe, and Olan Noe. Mary Ella was a loving mother, great grandmother, and aunt.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Lynn Middleton and husband Darrell, Susan Goodie and husband Chester of Cawood, KY; three sons, Jerry Bray and wife Teresa of Pennington Gap, VA, Sam Bray and wife Tina of Winnsboro, TX, Rick Bray and wife Shirley of Cawood, KY; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Bray of Cawood, KY; a brother-in-law Hershel Bray of Cawood, KY; 13 grandchildren, Lisa (Danny) Soublo, Anthony Middleton, Jennifer (Danny) Dean, Michelle (Charlie) Ledford, Pam (Justin) Madden, Shelly (Frank) Pace, Timothy and Joe Bray, Melissa Bray, Lynette (Kevin) Corbin, Nikkie and Gene Roberson, Samantha Bray, and Jessica Ramey; 21 great grandchildren, Reanna, Regan, and Ally Middleton, Lauren (Chris) Bray, Kayla Roddy, Hannah Soublo, Casey Ledford, Breanna, Kristina, and Summer Bray, Trinity, Tristian and, Domnic Bray, Bryan and Britney Smith, Kimberly, Brandon and Kirea Madden, Lexie and Taylor McKnight, Brayden Hargett and Tim Roberson. Several nieces , nephews, relatives and friends also survive.
Visitation will be Friday, January 27, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the Rev. Doug Daniel and Rev. Gary Pace officiating. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at the Day-Jackson Cemetery in Cranks, KY. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
