McKenely Hendrix

McKenely Hendrix, age 64, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at his residence in Cumberland, KY. He was born to the late Dennis and Suvilla Turner Hendrix. McKenely believed in the Pentecostal faith and had worked as a tire company employee.

He is preceded in death by his brothers, Nelson Hendrix, Walden Hendrix and Oscar Hendrix; and four sisters, Mildred Hendrix, Geneva Hendrix, Stacey Ellen Hendrix and Joanne Pennington.

He is survived by his wife, Katie Lewis; two children, Suvilla Hendrix and McKenely Hendrix, Jr. of Georgia; his brother, William Hendrix; his sister, Phyllis (Dale) Turner of Nolansburg; and a host of relatives and friends who will mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends at the Tri City Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, February 23, 2012, from 5 – 9 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 24, 2012, at 1 pm with the Reverend Darrel Turner officiating. Burial will follow in the Benham Cemetery in Benham, KY.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

 

Tri City Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Phyllis I Am So Sorry To Hear About Ken I No Now He Not Suffering Anymore He In Jesus Hands Now Where There No More Pain Or Suffering .Now He Can Be With His Family Who Has Gone On .I'm Praying For All Of His Family That Don't No Jesus That Someday We Can All Be Together Again That Is The Day I Am Waiting For .Praying That God Will Comfort Us In Hour Of Sorrow.
