Donald Burgan, age 83, of Harlan, KY passed away on March 4, 2013 at the Harlan ARH. He was born June 4, 1929 in Lee Co., VA. He was a retired truck driver for Hackney Wholesale in Harlan, KY.

He is preceded in death by his parents and wife.

Left to mourn his passing are his children Vickie Burgan of Harlan, KY and Michael Burgan of Columbus, GA, grandchildren Steve Burgan of Harlan, KY, Emily Railey of Columbus, GA and William Burgan also of Columbus, GA, great grandchildren Victory and Anderson Railey both of Columbus, GA, sisters, Marie Monhollen of Knoxville, TN and Amy Burgan of Pennington Gap, VA.
